Antioxidant 6PPD(Chemical name: N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, abbreviated as 6PPD)is a widely used p-phenylenediamine type antioxidant in the rubber industry. It typically appears as grayish-purple to brownish-purple granules or powder. It exhibits excellent ozone resistance, thermal-oxidative aging protection, good compatibility, and low volatility. 6PPD is extensively applied in tires (particularly radial tires), hoses, cables, rubber seals, and other industrial rubber products, and is considered one of the most effective and widely used antioxidants today.
Learn moreAntioxidant TMQ (abbreviation TMQ, chemical name Polymerized 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline, also known as RD) is a commonly used rubber antioxidant belonging to the amine class. It appears as reddish-brown to amber flakes or granules, with low volatility and good solubility. TMQ is widely applied in tires, hoses, cables, and other rubber products. It provides excellent protection against thermal-oxidative aging and also offers some resistance to ozone degradation, though it does not provide protection against copper damage.
